How We Are GovernedOCCEDB is a statutory board enacted in 2001, governed by a 8-member Board of Directors, with a Board-appointed Executive Director, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization. The eight board members are elected by their regional Circuit Engineering Districts, CEDs, as their CED President. The OCCEDB board members elect three officers; President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer to serve a one-year term.

What We Do
- Provide information to state lawmakers and officials relating to the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma's position on transportation related issues dealing with the County Highway System.
- Provide research for Commissioners, Legislators, State Agencies, District Attorneys, and the general public.
- Provide courses of education and instruction as with ACCO's New County Commissioners' training held every two years.
- Conduct public discussion groups, panels, and lectures.
- Obtain and develop types of information relative to the operation of the transportation system.
- Provide county infrastructure information via Odot's web portal.
- Facilitate CED's County Equipment Auctions.
- Track the usage of ODOT's I-40 Cross Town Beam program.
- Provide services to counties that will improve the quality of the transportation system and be cost effective.
Services We Provide
OCCEDB provides the administration/management of three statutory funds/programs. These funds/programs include Circuit Engineering Districts Revolving Fund, Emergency and Transportation Revolving Fund, and the Solid Waste Program.
