About OCCEDB

Title 69 § 687.1(H)

Mission Statement

"To improve the quality of the County Highway System for the citizens of Oklahoma by supporting and promoting local Circuit Engineering Districts."

How We Are Governed

OCCEDB is a statutory board enacted in 2001, governed by a 8-member Board of Directors, with a Board-appointed Executive Director, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization. The eight board members are elected by their regional Circuit Engineering Districts, CEDs, as their CED President.  The OCCEDB board members elect three officers; President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer to serve a one-year term.
