County Road Machinery and Equipment Revolving Fund

Title 69 § 636.1 & OAC 730:10-11

This program authorizes ODOT through the County Advisory Board, CAB, to purchase new or used construction and maintenance equipment for the lease or lease-purchase to counties.  It is a self-sustaining fund meaning that there are no monthly or yearly state appropriations going into the fund.  The program was developed by statute in the early 1980's with a one-time appropriation of approximately 5 million dollars.
