Emergency and Transportation Revolving Fund

Title 69 § 687.3

Enacted in 2010, the funding originated from a one-time 25 million dollar transfer from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.   This fund functions as an "infrastructure bank" where counties can request interest-free loans for transportation related projects.  In FY 2014 the State Legislature transferred out 10 million dollars to be used for other State purposes.
