County Wide Sales Tax 

Title 68 § 1370​

A county may levy up to 2% on the gross receipts derived from all sales within their boundaries.  The county sales/use tax rates can be found here.  The Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service produces a "County Sales, Use & Lodging Tax Summary Report" by fiscal years.  This report breaks down the rates, durations, earmarked purposes of the sales, use and lodging taxes that counties have passed.
