Circuit Engineering District Revolving Fund
Title 69 § 687.2
Enacted in 2006, the fund is composed of monthly portions of the state's gasoline, diesel, gross production (oil), interest earned on the monthly balance of the Emergency and Transportation Revolving fund, and the Solid Waste Program administration fee provided by the contract with Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, DEQ. The overall fund is used by OCCEDB for staffing, activities and programs with the largest amounts apportioned, monthly to the eight Circuit Engineering Districts.
