Accomplishments

• Provides design staff, who design & draft plans for CIRG, STP and county funded projects.
• Develop and maintains the District's 5-year construction plan.
• Provides Construction Management staff, who inspects all STP & CIRB funded projects.
• Provides engineering services/advice to member counties for issues with roads & bridges.
• Provides a fully ODOT certified laboratory & staff, who performs materials testing.
• Provides FHWA's Safety Bridge Inspections performing inspections, load postings, ratings and repair strategies.
• Provides R/W acquisition staff, who acquires R/W for CIRB projects, and for STP bridge & road projects, when requested.
• Provides utility relocation coordination for CIRB and STP projects.
• Provides sign shop that develops & supplies 911, regulatory & advisory signs.
• Provides expertise/help in negotiating County Wind Farm Road Maintenance Agreements.​
• Providing conference/training facility for county use and assisting in Road Scholar Classes. 
• ​Coordinates Used Beam program.
