* Counties placing equipment in either auction will require the Board of County Commissioners to sign the CED auction policy to verify that they have been read and understood. Please execute and send to CED 7 for the Elk City auction or to OCCEDB, Randy, for the McAlester auction. See attached form, AP-100. This only applies if you are placing items in the auction.
Missing ANY of the following deadlines may jeopardize your county’s equipment being in the auction(s).

Mike Graham would be happy to view your equipment prior to you placing it in either auction to answer any of your questions.
NOTE:
- If your titles have a lien shown, please attach your lien releases.
- Please check to make sure your signature is in the correct place.
- Verify that your VIN number on the title matches the VIN number on the vehicle, trailer, etc..
- If you sign and notarized your titles 30 days or greater from the date of the auction the county will be charged a fee that would be incurred by the buyer when the title is updated at the Tag Agency.
The alternatives are as follows:
a. You may just sign and not notarize the title and send to CED 7 for the Elk City auction or to OCCEDB for the McAlester auction to hold. The Auctioneer can notarize them the day of the auction.
b. You may send a copy of the Title by the deadlines shown to either CED 7 for the Elk City auction or to OCCEDB for the McAlester auction to verify the information is correct. This requires that the appropriate County Commissioner is at the auction to bring and/or sign the title.
c. You may send a copy of the Title by the deadlines shown to either CED 7 for the Elk City auction or to OCCEDB for the McAlester auction to verify the information is correct. Within two weeks from the auction the County Clerk may notarize the title and send it to CED 7 for the Elk City auction or to OCCEDB for the McAlester auction.
If possible please do “a” above, the day of the auctions can be hectic and your titles could get misplaced.
CED 7, OCCEDB and the Auctioneer must verify all the above is done correctly so your help would be greatly appreciated.
